AWFUL!! Scammers!! Placed my first and last order a week before Christmas. They blamed lack of info on shipping company. I had to initiate all communication, which was useless. I think they have a standard reply for everything. They did not even respond to my complaint! Order never received after numerous promises and guarantees. STAY AWAY!!!

Excellent Customer Service I recently purchased spirits from CWS. There was issue with the shipping. FedEx lost my package and then delivered the replacement package to the incorrect address. I contacted customer service via email and they went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. They were willing to file a lost package claim with FedEx and send a new package. Fortunately the package was located and has since been delivered. Point of all this is that the customer service that I received from CWS is very hard to find in this day and age.

I searched numerous sites to find the…super fast delivery I searched numerous sites to find the scotch I wanted. Dalmore 15 year old has been hard to find for over a year, since tariffs put in place. Finally found at CW, then was informed they were out of stock. But after receiving a call from CW and promised it would be expedited, I was very pleased and stunned when it arrived in two days! California to Michigan during a pandemic. Will definitely order from here again! Thanks
