Delayed shipping caused no spirits for our event! We ordered for a special event. We were elated to see 3-5 day arrival. We never did receive a trackable tracking number. After searching for and not finding a number to call we related our concern via email. The response turn around time was fairly prompt (within 48 hours) we were offered a replacement order. Furthering our time of receiving the order our event went in without our spirits. Sad news. We love thT we can get what we want for a reasonable price however the shipment time was not met!

Reliable Service and Excellent Selection The quality and reliability of Country Wine & Spirits is top notch. I've always received my orders from them in good conditions and in a timely manner. They have an impressive selection of spirits, and they do a good job of describing their products and highlighting interesting points. their prices are sometimes significantly above market, however, and is the one fact that leads me to sometimes shop elsewhere. But when this site has the best price, I always go with them.

Finally found at CW, then was informed they were out of stock. But after receiving a call from CW and promised it would be expedited, I was very pleased and stunned when it arrived in two days! One item was out of stock, but one of the associates kindly emailed me informing me and offered replacements. The reply was swift and the delivery arrived on time. The packaging was very well. Everything packed nice and tight with plenty of protection.
