Will never use them again!! Will never use them again!!! I placed an order on June 28th and still haven't received it (July 14th). Supposedly FedEx has been having issues with shipping. Funny how I've ordered different products from different companies with no FedEx issues. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

Delayed shipping caused no spirits for our event! We ordered for a special event. We were elated to see 3-5 day arrival. We never did receive a trackable tracking number. After searching for and not finding a number to call we related our concern via email. The response turn around time was fairly prompt (within 48 hours) we were offered a replacement order. Furthering our time of receiving the order our event went in without our spirits. Sad news. We love thT we can get what we want for a reasonable price however the shipment time was not met!

What an amazing experience. Well Done! What an amazing experience! Somehow the original shipment was lost, then found damaged, and soon returned to the CWS. Throughout the entire process, I was kept abreast of all the developments. All the “legwork” was done from CWS’s end. I felt so cared for! Their aid through swift communication actually made the process effortless. I am most grateful and hope I have many opportunities to tell of the excellent care and service extended to me! AWFUL!! Scammers!! Placed my first and last order a week before Christmas. They blamed lack of info on shipping company. I had to initiate all communication, which was useless. I think they have a standard reply for everything. They did not even respond to my complaint! Order never received after numerous promises and guarantees. STAY AWAY!!!

Reliable Service and Excellent Selection The quality and reliability of Country Wine & Spirits is top notch. I've always received my orders from them in good conditions and in a timely manner. They have an impressive selection of spirits, and they do a good job of describing their products and highlighting interesting points. their prices are sometimes significantly above market, however, and is the one fact that leads me to sometimes shop elsewhere. But when this site has the best price, I always go with them.
