Delicious! Especially if You are a Fan of Botanical Forward Gins Delicious! Makes it very easy to trade alcohol calories for excellent flavor. I enjoy it with a splash of a good lite tonic. It's a great way to end the evening. If you like gins with a strong botanical profile then you'll enjoy the flavors in this heady, aromatic substitute.

Disappointed Disappointed. I have been contemplating buying this for a couple months as I'm pregnant and really missing margaritas. I got sucked in with a free shipping email and decided to finally try it. I tried several recipes and all of them were undrinkable. I'm very disapointed. The tequila alternative is VERY spicy which I was not expecting. I don't feel like it added anything to the flavor of the other ingredients I added it to except for spice. I definitely won't be trying any of the other flavors. I wish it was available in smaller sizes so I wouldn't be out $26 and stuck with a big bottle of this stuff.

Avoid the Aperitif, enjoy the Rum Enjoyed the Ritual Zero Proof Rum, Whisky and Gin alternatives -- but the Aperitif Alternative tasted slightly worse than the cherry cough syrup I remember from my youth. The same chemically bitter taste attempting to hide behind a sickly sweet fluid. Afraid this one really doesn't work. The rum is best, the gin good in G&Ts, the whisky tasty as long as you don't think of it as whisky. Avoid the Aperitif!!!!

We had hoped that the whiskey… We had hoped that the whiskey alternative we bought would taste a little bit like whiskey based on the explanation of research that was written about the process of developing it. Unfortunately we didn't like it at all and threw it out. It was too spicy and burned the back of our throats. Even after using it to make several drinks instead of drinking it straight it was terrible. The idea was good and we really wish we could have liked something about it but it really tasted bad.

I tried the whiskey I tried the whiskey, but the hot peppers kill the taste for me, way too much influence from those--I added some sweet vermouth and that did not work either. I will try the Tequila and the Gin, and one more try with the whiskey, but I don't like the taste so far--I am trying to cut back on my alcohol, but this does not appear to be the answer.
