GBThey sent me the wrong boxes of… They sent me the wrong boxes of formula. I contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they can do. How is this company in business. Worst customer service I’ve ever heard of.

GBThis company is a fraud This company is a fraud. Takes advantage of moms and families. They should be shut down and closed. I have emailed them 7 times. I called the number on the company profile for purchasing and it’s the name of a different company! No response to emails. All they did was cancel my order with no refund. Not a single response to my emails. Fraud. Scam.

GBI’m a first time mom I’m a first time mom, and my baby has tried several types of formula with no luck. Most have caused him constipation or he hasn’t enjoyed the taste. I purchased Holle from Tasteganics, after some research, and not only did he love it, but there was hardly a wait to receive it. It was delivered very promptly in a well-packaged box and with mixing instructions. I have, since, purchased more boxes of Holle from Tasteganics and will continue to, in the future. Thank you!

GBWe were looking for an alternative… We were looking for an alternative formula for US brands as our baby was getting gassy from them. We found the customer support very knowledgeable in answering our questions about Holle. Our baby is doing much better on this brand.

GBI have been ordering from here for 2 months I have been ordering from here for a few months but now my newborn had to change formulas as per doctor. I placed an order and the next day I emailed to canceled after dr’s visit and they said they can’t cancel because the order was sent out. I didn’t receive the order but they said they can’t refund because it was shipped. It’s unfair even though I still didn’t receive the order and it was over $300 order.
