Disappointed There’s a lot of empty space in the portrait I wish I would have gotten the smaller one. Seems like a lot of extra money just to print blank space. Also the design is just not great. It has no detail and the eyes loook sad compared to the photo I gave. There was a body added that does not match the actual dog. I wish customer service would have reached out for approval before sending this because I feel like I just wasted all my money.

Not as Advertised Your website and ordering process are quick and simple. I was a little disappointed with the portrait, it wasn’t positioned or proportionate to the print size and most importantly the portrait doesn’t have any personality. Your ads show portraits that look great even though the picture of the actual pet may look serious. We’ll display it because it was expensive.

I bought this picture for my best… I bought this picture for my best friends 60th birthday and was worried for a variety of reasons if this would turn out the way I had seen advertised. Well this exceeded my expectations and look forward to when the present is opened!

Really good overall 5 stars may be more fair as everything went well, good quality, fast turnaround time. My only disappointment is that one of the dog prints wasn't a great likeness to our dog (too white and fury).
