Superb customer service for great product Timely and highly competent customer service. I had questions about whether an image would work. Ralph at customer service told me right away with style that it would. This made ordering worry free. After I placed my order, I realized a day later that I selected the wrong portrait size. But customer service efficiently changed my order, kept my discount and got me what I wanted. I wish all customer service experiences were like that! And the product is great too!

Very Bummed! It was not made clear to me that my picture would not include a hat that my dog was wearing. When I submitted the photo, I should have been notified at that time. I received my picture and to my disappointment, it looks like my dog’s head is deformed instead.

5 STARS West and Willow was great at communicating and then following up and executing a solution when there was an issue at no extra cost. Hands down one of the best, responsive, polite, professional companies I have ever dealt with. 10/10 would recommend.

The process to have a custom hand painted artwork done was wonderful. The quality of her picture looks hand painted. The design they use is simple yet masterful. Wish I had done sooner.West & Willow is a real gem and let’s spread the word. I also bought a coffee mug from them and it is beautiful Sara
