Highly Recommended I highly recommend Bokksu to anyone who enjoys unique, delicious treats. The shipping to my home in the US was seamless. I received tracking updates, and the items arrived on time and in perfect condition. Each snack tasted absolutely delicious, and all the items were presented in upscale boxes and packaging. I cannot say enough great things about my experience and purchase, and I’ve already placed a second order! Bravo and thank you to the folks at Bokksu, I will be a lifelong customer.

A gift I gave myself! I've tried various snackbox subscriptions before, and half the time it was all Lay's or Nestle products and while the flavors were different from what's sold here, it didn't feel authentic. BOKKSU, on the other hand, is exactly what I was looking for! It's real, authentic treats from Japan, packaged beautifully, and I feel like it's a gift I've given myself. I've gotten 3 boxes so far, and they've been a really good balance between monthly themes (like sakura) and variety in flavors (sweet and umami).

Bad food and bad service Many foods ordered were near expiry. One wasn't expired but was full of mold, which they tried to blame on us despite the package not being opened for the month we had it before opening it to use. Just abysmal customer service, and the food was all bland and just disappointing compared with what we can find at local markets. Even the bokksu exclusives which seemed fancy and neat were just total flops (earl gray candy just tasted like sugar and cream. maple tea had no flavor). All around disappointing.

Delicious, informative, beautiful This was an outstanding gift. Beautifully packaged with a lovely brochure detailing ingredients, flavor profiles, and region of Japan for each snack. Everything I shared with my boyfriend was delicious, and I’m ready to make a trip!

They notify you from the time your box is being prepared until you receive it, timely notifications are sent. Each box is has a beautiful unique design with a theme. The contents are well presented with quite a variety along with an appropriate tea. Everything is delicious. It’s a great gift, fun to receive each month and good value. Highly recommend for a truly satisfying and unique experience!
