Awesome product, fast delivery in the UK Awesome product, and growing. Love the snacks, very interesting selection vs. what you find in a "East Asian supermarket", as these are niche products, very local stuff, you can't get it outside of japan basically. The founder actually goes to all the merchants himself to sort out supply chain, very impressive. Also, they used to be a bit slow with delivery in the UK, but improved 3x in <6 months, I expect them to do next-day very soon!

Full price is an absolute rip off Full price is an absolute rip off, price points must equal about £5 for a few tiny rice crackers, same for a few tiny, and very average cake pieces. Such poor value. Essentially £50 for a box of what feels like complementary snacks at a conference.

A true taste of Japan! Great tasting candy from all over Japan! Comes with a beautifully illustrated pamphlet that covers where each treat comes from, it's flavor profile, and a little bit about it. Every single desert is fresh and well packaged. Awesome experience over all! 🍬

Absolutely loved our snack box from… Absolutely loved our snack box from Bokksu ! Fun yummy treats that we shared as a family fun night! My teenage kids loved it!! We rated each snack and shared all the snacks. Very enjoyable and memorable! Bokksu service from ordering to delivery was outstanding every step of the way ! Loved the customer service.

Bad business practises I subscribed for their monthly box on november 1st. By december 1st the first box hasn't arrived but they still charged me for the second one. That's just a poor way of conducting business Edit: It's December 16. Still haven't received their first box (6 weeks). I contacted their support to ask why did they charge me for another box. They said that the first box is in customs and that they can't do anything. That didn't answer my question though.
