I received tracking updates, and the items arrived on time and in perfect condition. Each snack tasted absolutely delicious, and all the items were presented in upscale boxes and packaging. A gift I gave myself! I've tried various snackbox subscriptions before, and half the time it was all Lay's or Nestle products and while the flavors were different from what's sold here, it didn't feel authentic. BOKKSU, on the other hand, is exactly what I was looking for! It's real, authentic treats from Japan, packaged beautifully, and I feel like it's a gift I've given myself. I've gotten 3 boxes so far, and they've been a really good balance between monthly themes (like sakura) and variety in flavors (sweet and umami).

Box never delivered and can't get refund My box was supposedly not delivered I guess because I wasn't home, according to tracking. The post office has no record of it, after Bokksu checked tracking and told us to go pick it up from post office, no apology when I said this is one of the worst international shipping experiences I've ever had. Now several business days later after requesting refund and no response. I'm very unhappy with Bokksu and feel scammed.

Great experience, totally recommend I've purchased 2 Advent Calendars and a Mystery box and now I'm a subscriber. The Mystery box was full of really nice and interesting treats and today I've opened the first item from the calendar to find a really nice matcha gummy candy! The order came in about 3 weeks time which is great given the distance.

I am in LOVE with Bokksu I am in LOVE with Bokksu. It’s such a fun experience to try all the snacks and read about them. I switched to a year subscription because am so obsessed. I have never had an issue with shipping and I would recommend to everyone I know!
