Box never delivered and can't get refund My box was supposedly not delivered I guess because I wasn't home, according to tracking. The post office has no record of it, after Bokksu checked tracking and told us to go pick it up from post office, no apology when I said this is one of the worst international shipping experiences I've ever had. Now several business days later after requesting refund and no response. I'm very unhappy with Bokksu and feel scammed.

We rated each snack and shared all the snacks. Very enjoyable and memorable! Bokksu service from ordering to delivery was outstanding every step of the way ! Loved the customer service.

Delicious, informative, beautiful This was an outstanding gift. Beautifully packaged with a lovely brochure detailing ingredients, flavor profiles, and region of Japan for each snack. Everything I shared with my boyfriend was delicious, and I’m ready to make a trip!

The list price is just too expensive The list price is just too expensive. Comparable to spending roughly on a tiny package of rice crackers and an additional amount on a few slices of plain cake. it seems not to be worth it. It's comparable to paying for a package of refreshments at a conference that you would often receive for free.

The Bokksu subscription is an exceptional gift The Bokksu subscription is an outstanding gift. They notify you from the time your box is being prepared until you receive it, timely notifications are sent. Each box is has a beautiful unique design with a theme. The contents are well presented with quite a variety along with an appropriate tea. Everything is delicious. It’s a great gift, fun to receive each month and good value. Highly recommend for a truly satisfying and unique experience!
