ITNew flavors, new experience It is my first experience with Bokksu, and I've chosen Bokksu over other companies following several different reviews on YouTube. I've never been in Japan (until now) but I wanted to taste it, somehow. So I've decided to try shopping from the boutique. I loved the feeling of waiting for a package coming from far away, from persons from the other side of the world. It reminds me that we are not so far away, actually. It has been a lovely, beautiful moment: receiving it has been magical, I unwrapped it with care, slowly, and I simply LOVED finding a little origami inside the package, like a tiny trace of someone's time and care. I loved every single product I received, and everything was of very high quality. Mochi with sesame seeds, the cream biscuits, the rice snacks... everything was so good. I've saved one for every day's lunchbox, just to remember me that every day was a good day. It is a tiny little thing, but it makes me feel good. So, Thank you very much to Bokksu workers. The very day I've received my first surprise box, I've ordered another, and now I'am waiting for it with a smile on my face. I feel a bit like a child waiting for Christmas, but this is it. I love it.

BGGreat experience, totally recommend I've purchased 2 Advent Calendars and a Mystery box and now I'm a subscriber. The Mystery box was full of really nice and interesting treats and today I've opened the first item from the calendar to find a really nice matcha gummy candy! The order came in about 3 weeks time which is great given the distance.

GBFull price is an absolute rip off Full price is an absolute rip off, price points must equal about £5 for a few tiny rice crackers, same for a few tiny, and very average cake pieces. Such poor value. Essentially £50 for a box of what feels like complementary snacks at a conference.

GBBox never delivered and can't get refund My box was supposedly not delivered I guess because I wasn't home, according to tracking. The post office has no record of it, after Bokksu checked tracking and told us to go pick it up from post office, no apology when I said this is one of the worst international shipping experiences I've ever had. Now several business days later after requesting refund and no response. I'm very unhappy with Bokksu and feel scammed.
