USTakes too Long to Ship w/Perishables I ordered it before the holidays for a New Year’s party. I ordered on Dec. 18-it shipped from Japan on December 22 and has been stuck in Los Angeles since the 26th. (I live in San Francisco-not like it has that far to go!) Not good for something that is timely (holiday themed) and also containing perishables. I have family in Japan and they regularly ship packages to us in the US-it never takes this long. I will not order from this company again.

RSBad business practises I subscribed for their monthly box on november 1st. By december 1st the first box hasn't arrived but they still charged me for the second one. That's just a poor way of conducting business Edit: It's December 16. Still haven't received their first box (6 weeks). I contacted their support to ask why did they charge me for another box. They said that the first box is in customs and that they can't do anything. That didn't answer my question though.

I received tracking updates, and the items arrived on time and in perfect condition. Each snack tasted absolutely delicious, and all the items were presented in upscale boxes and packaging.
