GBLindt Chocolate USA worst shopping experience! Lindt Chocolate USA site didn't bother to inform their customers how long (in my case, at BEST 4 days) it would take to send out orders!.. nor WHEN one could EXPECT to receive one's order. I had 3 very rude customers service representatives cutting me off when I asked questions, arguing when I told them that they should list on their website that they're closed on weekends, and 1 rude supervisor who didn't apologize for anything, nor offended ANY solutions! I personally will NEVER purchase anything from their website again!

CATo say I had a bad experience with… To say I had a bad experience with Lindt would be an understatement. After me calling them 6 times over a span of 3 weeks, I never received a call back to place my business order. Each time I called I was told something different and was told I hadn't completed the business profile, when infact each rep had completed it for me since I was in Canada and their form didnt allow me to choose a province. This was going to be 2,000$ worth of business with the intent of it being yearly repeat business as well. I called Hershey USA and less than 12 hours later I had my order finalized and because the items were on sale it was even cheaper.

GBFirst of all First of all, the person I send the chocolates to LOVES Lindt chocolates. My problem has to do with shipping costs during the summer months. Really, $27 for icepacks? I also send gifts via nuts.com and they charge just $7 for ice packs. I think the $27 is exorbitant. It ends up doubling the price of the gift.

GBwonderful experience with lindt usa … wonderful experience with lindt usa new hampshire i think very kind and professional on the telephone .. great online site .. wonderful prices and free shipping . and very fast shipping . can't say anything bad about it. the quality of the 85% dark chocolate bar.. is wonderful. i bought ... very many...... and will do again ....

GBI am hoping Lindt will make good on the… I am hoping Lindt will make good on the 8 missing bars from my order delivered today. If they either send the missing bars or refund the cost, I will revise my review.
