I wish I looked up previous reviews I wish I looked up previous reviews! My experience with LindtUsa is the same as Ramona's, earlier this year! I placed an order last Friday, Dec. 15th, and, as for today, it still sits there; LindtUSA didn't transfer it to FedEx yet. When I called their 877-695-4638, I was told "it could take up to 5 (five) business days for that", Christmas season or not! If they mentioned that anywhere on their site, very few of us would deal with LindtUsa, wouldn't we??

So Very Satisfied! On July 8th I noticed that Lindtusa.com offered some excellent prices on Lindt Milk Chocolate Truffles! Registering with the website (to order and to receive future offers) got me a 10% off coupon code. But when I tried to place my order, the website wouldn't allow me to use the coupon code. Lindt's friendly, adept Customer Service rep was so helpful in getting me this discount! And, whereas, it's quite difficult to find many companies' Customer Service phone numbers, Lindt's is in large font. After I'd placed my order, a Lindt Customer Service rep called me to make sure things had worked out. Now I'm looking forward to the arrival of a ton of chocolate! What a great experience all around!

Great Promotions and Reasonable Shipping My husband and I love buying Truffles online. We believe they are fresher than those on shelves. We literally give them away to our favorite businesses. Our Auto Maintenance shop, hair stylist and veterinarian are just a few recipients. I usually pack up varieties in pretty bags. We also love eating them ourselves.

I was looking for the CocoaPure dark bars, and honeycomb and raspberry hazelnut. Honeycomb increases the strength of the bones, and raspberries pair well with hazelnut; and cocoa has better chemistry in as natural as possible a bar and in as sugar isolate free a composition as possible,, but these types of bars seem to be UK only these days. Well that isn’t going to be good enough. im done with excuses based on policies that americans are ignorant of health issues. Just because the us puts out laws to reinforce poisoning of its own citizens doesn’t mean we as a rule must poison ourselves. If there is something better, it should be available here. I would like to see healthier better tasting chocolate available here to me with better ingredients like are available in the UK, or im not going to bother supporting the elitism that holds such out of reach by dumpster diving through what is dangled in reach because it has a certain taste or texture despite the consequences.

I think her name is Rebecca....end off January 2016 visit to the store with no intent to purchase but me and my sister left each with a bag of yummy for our tummy..becuase of this lady superior customer service......She is a great employee! Money well spent for great product and customer service.
