I placed an order last Friday, Dec. 15th, and, as for today, it still sits there; LindtUSA didn't transfer it to FedEx yet. When I called their 877-695-4638, I was told "it could take up to 5 (five) business days for that", Christmas season or not! If they mentioned that anywhere on their site, very few of us would deal with LindtUsa, wouldn't we??

Good Chocolate Cheesy Customer Service I placed a Mother’s Day order for my sister on May 4. It was suggested to me by the associate not to pay extra shipping, it would be on time from NH to NY. Nothing on Del date of 5/11. Called. Assured delivery by Jenn of the Consumer Services Team of a 5/15 delivery. I was given a 50% Discount. Nothing on 5/15. I received an e mail from Jenn on Monday offering me a full refund my tracking number and the automated FedEx number to solve my own problem. Good chocolate. Cheesy customer service. With such a colossal mess, I feel they should have offered to ship overnight. How do I send my sister a Mother’s Day present two weeks later? EPIC FAILURE LINDT

Ignored my request to cancel an order Ignored my request to cancel an order 5 minutes after placing it by emailing me 5 days later saying it was already shipped and they made substitutions on my order. After an hour on hold after receiving order that I canceled, told I would have to wait up to 5 days yo receive a phone call to don't out their error. No more money from me. I'd rather eat dollar store chocolate.

It has a soft and creamy texture on the inside and the same thing on the outside except it is not the type that makes your hands all covered in chocolate. Maybe sometimes a little bit of chocolate gets on your fingers but not a lot. I really like to eat Lindor Milk Chocolate.
