GBLindt Chocolate USA worst shopping experience! Lindt Chocolate USA site didn't bother to inform their customers how long (in my case, at BEST 4 days) it would take to send out orders!.. nor WHEN one could EXPECT to receive one's order. I had 3 very rude customers service representatives cutting me off when I asked questions, arguing when I told them that they should list on their website that they're closed on weekends, and 1 rude supervisor who didn't apologize for anything, nor offended ANY solutions! I personally will NEVER purchase anything from their website again!

GBGotten better. I ordered from them in 2014 & 2015 and both times not only they messed the order, but they were not responding to emails, so that was it for me. I gave them another try this Black Friday and they seem to have gotten a lot better: My order is correct and arrived in a timely manner. I might try them again.

GBGood Chocolate Cheesy Customer Service I placed a Mother’s Day order for my sister on May 4. It was suggested to me by the associate not to pay extra shipping, it would be on time from NH to NY. Nothing on Del date of 5/11. Called. Assured delivery by Jenn of the Consumer Services Team of a 5/15 delivery. I was given a 50% Discount. Nothing on 5/15. I received an e mail from Jenn on Monday offering me a full refund my tracking number and the automated FedEx number to solve my own problem. Good chocolate. Cheesy customer service. With such a colossal mess, I feel they should have offered to ship overnight. How do I send my sister a Mother’s Day present two weeks later? EPIC FAILURE LINDT

GBThe best chocolate - at my doorstep! Lindor truffles are my favorite. I truly like ordering online where I can order special flavors that are not found in my local store. Great chocolate. Great experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their chocolates!

GBHorrible cyber Monday shopping experience … I tried to buy 200 pieces of Lindt chocolate and a gift box on cyber Monday. My payment was refused. I tried readjusting the components of my order. I called Discover to verify there was no problem with my card. It never could go through and I spent two hours on it. I called customer service today and they offered to help me put through my order at a higher price, but I refused. Won’t be shopping at lindt.com again. I wasted two hours of my life.
