GBNuts.com does not test for heavy metals Been a customer for many years, but after reading these reviews and what Consumerlabs.com has stated about their testing practices, i will no longer order from this company. No testing for heavy metals, lead or cadmium are conducted by Nuts.com.

GBThe products are great but customer service is not. The products are great. The customer service not so much. I have had 3 problems with orders so far and when I contact customer service basically they tell me it's my fault and don't even try to help. They do not go out of their way to help the customer at all. AND when you try to call they continually hang up on you. I am really discouraged with this company. My orders are always over $60 each. Time to find a new company.

GBHorrible chocolate, worse customer service I bought two different chocolate products from Nuts.com and both were terrible. I enquired about returning them for a refund and one customer services rep, Kitty said that I should return the products at my own expense and then add on another 20% of the costs so someone can throw them in the trash on my behalf. While another, Abigail, said she will give me credit to buy yet more products, when I’ve already bought two that were both unpleasant to eat. Awful customer service and the fact that I’ve got two people telling me two completely different things, rather than just returning my money is really not great either. I’ll never use this site again.

GBNot fresh I placed a $70 order, all organic, including roasted mixed nuts, trail mixes and dried fruit. It was all stale. The bag of mixed dried fruit smelled funky upon opening and the contents were on the onset of fermentation. The mixed nuts tasted like cardboard, and it was not a balanced mix: too many cashews, very few hazelnuts (cheap-filled). Because all you order comes in equal bags, it is obvious that they fill them on the go--they don't store their products in sealed airtight bags--so it all goes bad and ship it to you like that.

GBDon’t order from nuts.com… I ordered a selection of products from nuts.com as a special gift. I received a receipt, and was told the item was shipped and would be delivered today. The product has not shipped , you can’t talk to anyone, no one knows anything and they tell you to wait and recontact them if it never comes. I advise you never to order from them and I am protesting the charge with my credit card. What a ripoff business.
