USA Very Long Time Customer I have been buying from Nuts.com for over ten years. Their products are always fresh and my orders are delivered quickly. The very few times I have had questions or issues a simple email quickly resolved my concerns.

USNot fresh I placed a $70 order, all organic, including roasted mixed nuts, trail mixes and dried fruit. It was all stale. The bag of mixed dried fruit smelled funky upon opening and the contents were on the onset of fermentation. The mixed nuts tasted like cardboard, and it was not a balanced mix: too many cashews, very few hazelnuts (cheap-filled). Because all you order comes in equal bags, it is obvious that they fill them on the go--they don't store their products in sealed airtight bags--so it all goes bad and ship it to you like that.

USThe deluxe mix they sent was rancid The deluxe mix they sent was rancid. I asked for a refund. They offered a store credit, but I would still have to pay shipping. Not what I would call e-commerce best practices in 2024, but a good example of corporate greed.

USThe products are great but customer service is not. The products are great. The customer service not so much. I have had 3 problems with orders so far and when I contact customer service basically they tell me it's my fault and don't even try to help. They do not go out of their way to help the customer at all. AND when you try to call they continually hang up on you. I am really discouraged with this company. My orders are always over $60 each. Time to find a new company.

USThe website says 20% discount and free⦠The website says 20% discount and free shipping if order exceeds a certain amount. I was charge $7.99 for shipping and called the company. Was told that a 20% discount got me below the threshold for free shipping. Therefore I was charged for the shipping. Nowhere on the website does it say that you must subtract discount to be sure you meet the threshold.
