Not fresh I placed a $70 order, all organic, including roasted mixed nuts, trail mixes and dried fruit. It was all stale. The bag of mixed dried fruit smelled funky upon opening and the contents were on the onset of fermentation. The mixed nuts tasted like cardboard, and it was not a balanced mix: too many cashews, very few hazelnuts (cheap-filled). Because all you order comes in equal bags, it is obvious that they fill them on the go--they don't store their products in sealed airtight bags--so it all goes bad and ship it to you like that.

I used to rave about this company but… I used to rave about this company but over the last 6 months the quality and customer service have fallen dramatically. In fairness, they will refund for unsatisfactory products but failing to ensure quality BEFORE it leaves the door is a disservice to the consumer. Add to this the lack of product expiration dates permits them to sell rancid products like those I received on my most recent and final order from Nuts.com. I caution buyers to look for alternate suppliers.

Also we order organic PB and have not been disappointed. Quality freshness and price are all excellent. Finally just finished our 3rd order in the last 6 weeks, with again a great array of products to choose from. We highly recommend Nuts.com

Nuts.com does not test for heavy metals Been a customer for many years, but after reading these reviews and what Consumerlabs.com has stated about their testing practices, i will no longer order from this company. No testing for heavy metals, lead or cadmium are conducted by Nuts.com.
