USHorrible chocolate, worse customer service I bought two different chocolate products from Nuts.com and both were terrible. I enquired about returning them for a refund and one customer services rep, Kitty said that I should return the products at my own expense and then add on another 20% of the costs so someone can throw them in the trash on my behalf. While another, Abigail, said she will give me credit to buy yet more products, when I’ve already bought two that were both unpleasant to eat. Awful customer service and the fact that I’ve got two people telling me two completely different things, rather than just returning my money is really not great either. I’ll never use this site again.

USPoor customer service Have a many year history of satisfactory interactions with this company, but in the past couple years that has changed. Last order in December arrived with 3 1lb bags of nuts, all heavily coated with fungus or mildew. Customer service gave only store credit for 2 bags. Tried to order some candies today--turns out the store credit of $28 could not be applied to their free shipping minimum. Called customer service--they said nothing they could do.

USNuts.com does not test for heavy metals Been a customer for many years, but after reading these reviews and what Consumerlabs.com has stated about their testing practices, i will no longer order from this company. No testing for heavy metals, lead or cadmium are conducted by Nuts.com.

USI have been ordering from them several… I have been ordering from them several times a year since 2014. I order around 15lbs of coffee every few months plus extra goodies. Back then their products were great with reasonable prices. Over the last several years, the quality has gone down, always getting the wrong grind size or not offering custom grinds, and the prices are ridiculous now. The company has become stingy and too big for it's britches. By the way, you'd think as long as I've been ordering from them they would let me leave reviews on the website. Nope! Thankfully I found a much better bulk coffee dealer that actually fresh roast your coffee and is cheaper than Nuts. Goodbye Nuts.com!

USThe worst of the worst I have asked (on numerous occasions) to use another carrier other than Blue Streak Sometimes they accommodate me and then revert right back to Blue Streak which I’m certain is due to their cheaper rates. Again they missed the mark on my most current order which was not delivered as promised. Called and emailed customer service which has clearly been outsourced - need I say more? So done with this company.
