USUsed the QR code on the packaging of… Used the QR code on the packaging of the Jelly Beans I wanted to order. Instead received the incorrect product. Customer service will only honor a 50% refund. Why do I have to pay anything for a product I ordered directly from their QR Code? For highly priced products, claiming to be high quality, I feel the customer service teams should honor the return in this case. All other high end companies do!

AUBugs in my nuts I was a longtime customer, tried speaking with someone this morning regarding having bugs all thru the 5kg bag of Cashews I purchased, the girl who I spoke with tried to put it back onto me as a customer. I now have to throw thousands of dollars worth of product out as I have an infestation of bugs, there In everything complaint has been lodged.

USDon’t order from nuts.com… I ordered a selection of products from nuts.com as a special gift. I received a receipt, and was told the item was shipped and would be delivered today. The product has not shipped , you can’t talk to anyone, no one knows anything and they tell you to wait and recontact them if it never comes. I advise you never to order from them and I am protesting the charge with my credit card. What a ripoff business.
