GBI was sent a “20% off and free shipping is a scam… I was sent a “20% off and free shipping for orders over $59.00” offer from Nuts.com. I found enough items for approximately $61 worth of products and the 20% off and free shipping was applied. However, when I went to check out the shipping charge was re-applied. I called and was told to read the fine print (not on the email offer I was sent)! I cancelled the order and will not purchase anything from this company, including other related companies.

GBProblem with order Customer service is open the normal 9-5 hours at nuts.com. I had an order that was delivered to the wrong address. Nuts.com customer service was very kind, understanding and very helpful in resolving my issue. Thank you Nuts.com

Also we order organic PB and have not been disappointed. Quality freshness and price are all excellent. Finally just finished our 3rd order in the last 6 weeks, with again a great array of products to choose from. We highly recommend Nuts.com

GBThe worst of the worst I have asked (on numerous occasions) to use another carrier other than Blue Streak Sometimes they accommodate me and then revert right back to Blue Streak which I’m certain is due to their cheaper rates. Again they missed the mark on my most current order which was not delivered as promised. Called and emailed customer service which has clearly been outsourced - need I say more? So done with this company.
