GBI used to rave about this company but… I used to rave about this company but over the last 6 months the quality and customer service have fallen dramatically. In fairness, they will refund for unsatisfactory products but failing to ensure quality BEFORE it leaves the door is a disservice to the consumer. Add to this the lack of product expiration dates permits them to sell rancid products like those I received on my most recent and final order from Nuts.com. I caution buyers to look for alternate suppliers.

GBINCOMPETENT COMPANY no matter how many friends or family write you bogus 5 star reviews when the TRUTH of the matter seems to be a touch of false advertising and hiding behind hidden disclosures I.E 20% /free shipping scam. The truth of the matter is we for the most part would be ok with a discount and understand shipping so for your lack of transparency your losing your customer base due to being INCOMPETENT.

GBNuts.com does not test for heavy metals Been a customer for many years, but after reading these reviews and what Consumerlabs.com has stated about their testing practices, i will no longer order from this company. No testing for heavy metals, lead or cadmium are conducted by Nuts.com.

AUBugs in my nuts I was a longtime customer, tried speaking with someone this morning regarding having bugs all thru the 5kg bag of Cashews I purchased, the girl who I spoke with tried to put it back onto me as a customer. I now have to throw thousands of dollars worth of product out as I have an infestation of bugs, there In everything complaint has been lodged.
