INCOMPETENT COMPANY no matter how many friends or family write you bogus 5 star reviews when the TRUTH of the matter seems to be a touch of false advertising and hiding behind hidden disclosures I.E 20% /free shipping scam. The truth of the matter is we for the most part would be ok with a discount and understand shipping so for your lack of transparency your losing your customer base due to being INCOMPETENT.

I used to rave about this company but… I used to rave about this company but over the last 6 months the quality and customer service have fallen dramatically. In fairness, they will refund for unsatisfactory products but failing to ensure quality BEFORE it leaves the door is a disservice to the consumer. Add to this the lack of product expiration dates permits them to sell rancid products like those I received on my most recent and final order from Nuts.com. I caution buyers to look for alternate suppliers.

I was sent a “20% off and free shipping is a scam… I was sent a “20% off and free shipping for orders over $59.00” offer from Nuts.com. I found enough items for approximately $61 worth of products and the 20% off and free shipping was applied. However, when I went to check out the shipping charge was re-applied. I called and was told to read the fine print (not on the email offer I was sent)! I cancelled the order and will not purchase anything from this company, including other related companies.

Consistently great I’m not typically a reviewer, but we have such consistent great service from nuts.com that I felt like I should send some recognition their way. We order all of our nuts and candy (including Halloween candy) from here and the quality is so great and the shipping is insanely fast. We just placed an order and it’s going to deliver tomorrow. Granted - we’re in New York and they’re in New Jersey, so it doesn’t have far to travel, but it still means their warehouse is ON IT! We’ve been huge fans for years.

Nuts.com is our go to company for nuts, essentials, candy plus a whole lot more. Nuts.com is our go to company for nuts, organic flour (in those handy 1 lb packages). A great feature. Also we order organic PB and have not been disappointed. Quality freshness and price are all excellent. Finally just finished our 3rd order in the last 6 weeks, with again a great array of products to choose from. We highly recommend Nuts.com
