GBOrdered for Mother’s Day with delivery… Ordered for Mother’s Day with delivery promised before the day if ordered by midnight. Order not despatched! Chased and was told it was being despatched 3 days after Mothers Day, no despatch! Chased again & told it had been lost in transit even though no despatch info received! Now almost 2 weeks passed Mothers Day I receive a refund which I did not want! Rubbish customer services, rubbish service & left embarrassed with no gift for my mum. Do not use!!!

GBDo not order Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Family love Lindt so ordered online. Completely incorrect order delivered. Online forms and emails all ignored. No other means of contact. Absolutely terrible service. Do not order UPDATE- despite Lindt stating on here they would contact me- no one has. So I am still £50 down and stuck with incorrect products

HUBroken goods I ordered some chocolate cream for our employees from Lindt and one of them came broken. Although the customer service lady answered to my email, she said it'd be 2-3 weeks until they can do something. If I order a new one that arrives within a week, but this takes them 2-3 weeks... ridiculous. One of the worst customer services I've ever encountered.

GBincomplete order delivered incomplete order delivered. No response to contacts form, no response to chase email. Managed to find a telephone number for head office, said too bust to answer phone. Incredibly disappointed as bought advent calendars so if they dont come back to me will have to go and buy more. Really disappointed that you cant talk to anyone

GBWhat has happened to this company What has happened to this company. I placed an order, tried to use a valid voucher from loyalty points but it wouldn't accept. I made the purchase then contacted them. The response was bizarre. I'd given order number and voucher number but the response was for a 10% discount I'd literally just been sent for filling out a survey and nothing to do with the voucher. The advice was to re-register with a different email account. Really, I'm meant to have sundry emails handy? I replied explaining the error, no response. I tried again, no response. So I re-filled out the contact form, again with all details and simply been ignored. So my £5 loyalty voucher isn't honoured. This is such a shame. Buying from them now is too much of a risk. Sad days!
