Valentine's Day order sent with incorrect name on label, causing it to get sent back. Lindt promised redelivery, but it never showed up. Lindt DOES NOT DELIVER. You will not receive your order if you shop here. I ordered a custom tin of chocolates for my long distance girlfriend and it was delivered with the name "Darren" (not my name or hers) on the postage label, so it was returned to sender. I complained and ordered redelivery, which has not arrived. Tracking went dead on the 15th and Lindt has stopped replying. Would give 0/5 stars if possible. Terrible service, mediocre product in my personal opinion (though my partner likes it) and extortionate price tags for goods YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE.

Received 3 of 9 items ordered Received 3 of 9 items ordered. Only way to contact customer services is by email. Was told on 10th December the missing items would be refunded but that still hasn’t happened. Only contact method is emails that seem to disappear into nowhere. Social media team did reply saying there were issues and to be patient but customer service is non existent.

Goods not received no customer service I ordered a personalised basket of Easter chocolates and two bars of chocolate. I received the bars but not the personalised basket. The box was shown with a weight of 0.47kg and the hamper alone was over 0.9kg so it was never in the box. One week later and still no response to my email or to the form I completed on their website. Unless you count an email telling me not to send any more emails!

Lindt advent calanders at half… Bought a Lindt advent calander at half price, (£3.50) on 7th December and extremely disappointed with contents! Really poor value for money at half price, and paying full price would have been a full blown rip-off! Most of the windows just contain a round ball the size of a very large pea; a company like Lindt should have least used one of their normal sized round chocolates. Big Santa makes up for it a little, but generally not a good buy.

Empty box Prefer Lindor chocolate over the cheap ones though however the mini give box given more then enough space for 5 chocolates instead to find only 3pcs in this new unopened box. Not sure how much the mini box cost but thats a pure con from Lindt business prices on qty. 👎👎👎
