GBActually no stars is correct but to… Actually no stars is correct but to write this i had to click on one. disgusting & disgraceful company….. ordered on the 22nd October & nothing & it’s now the 29th November. Advent calendar & & a gold tin with my choice of chocolates £44-95p in total . Have sent many emails & heard back once & the last few have been totally ignored. Must be a law somewhere to say company's like this should shut down . Do trading standards deal with on line company’s or is there something different to complain to . Do not purchase.

GBLindt advent calanders at half… Bought a Lindt advent calander at half price, (£3.50) on 7th December and extremely disappointed with contents! Really poor value for money at half price, and paying full price would have been a full blown rip-off! Most of the windows just contain a round ball the size of a very large pea; a company like Lindt should have least used one of their normal sized round chocolates. Big Santa makes up for it a little, but generally not a good buy.

GBLindt Christmas chocolate arrived badly damaged Lindt chocolate ordered for family members for Christmas 2023, orderered 19th December. It arrived and upon inspection 5 items were badly damaged, unable to be used A photo of 3 was sent earlier to Lindt complaints. I have not heard anything of any note and was and still am very disappointed. Thanks for your reply unfortunately there has been no refund. Glenda

GBincomplete order delivered incomplete order delivered. No response to contacts form, no response to chase email. Managed to find a telephone number for head office, said too bust to answer phone. Incredibly disappointed as bought advent calendars so if they dont come back to me will have to go and buy more. Really disappointed that you cant talk to anyone

GBWhat has happened to this company What has happened to this company. I placed an order, tried to use a valid voucher from loyalty points but it wouldn't accept. I made the purchase then contacted them. The response was bizarre. I'd given order number and voucher number but the response was for a 10% discount I'd literally just been sent for filling out a survey and nothing to do with the voucher. The advice was to re-register with a different email account. Really, I'm meant to have sundry emails handy? I replied explaining the error, no response. I tried again, no response. So I re-filled out the contact form, again with all details and simply been ignored. So my £5 loyalty voucher isn't honoured. This is such a shame. Buying from them now is too much of a risk. Sad days!
