GBSelling broken products and zero customer support Placed an online order for 40 Santas’. Arrived and 11 broken. Contacted customer services 01/12/23 to request replacements. No reply. Contacted again yesterday with ticket number asking for contact (I have waited no over 24 hours). Still no reply today. I will not buy Lindt again. They have had 12 days to prove they are a respectable company and there has been zero attempts to support resolution.

GBNot interested in their customers at… Not interested in their customers at all. They are trying to make you to register to get £5 voucher from every £50 you spend and a birthday present. These advantages when you register are non existing. I have two £5 vouchers (yes, I have spent over £100 on chocolate),which are impossible to use. Sent several emails, left several messages on the phone to customer service. Nobody got back to me. There is actually no direct number for their customer service and they need to be putting customers through every single time and it goes to answer machine every single time never mind how many times you try. Have been registered for over six months now and never got the birthday present they are promising on registration, neither I can use the vouchers. I would not bother registering with them.

GBEmpty box Prefer Lindor chocolate over the cheap ones though however the mini give box given more then enough space for 5 chocolates instead to find only 3pcs in this new unopened box. Not sure how much the mini box cost but thats a pure con from Lindt business prices on qty. 👎👎👎

GBLindt Christmas chocolate arrived badly damaged Lindt chocolate ordered for family members for Christmas 2023, orderered 19th December. It arrived and upon inspection 5 items were badly damaged, unable to be used A photo of 3 was sent earlier to Lindt complaints. I have not heard anything of any note and was and still am very disappointed. Thanks for your reply unfortunately there has been no refund. Glenda

HUBroken goods I ordered some chocolate cream for our employees from Lindt and one of them came broken. Although the customer service lady answered to my email, she said it'd be 2-3 weeks until they can do something. If I order a new one that arrives within a week, but this takes them 2-3 weeks... ridiculous. One of the worst customer services I've ever encountered.
