GBSame issue as many on here Same issue as many on here, placed an order (possibly lucky to receive it) when it arrived items were missing have raised a ticket and still awaiting a reply. Messaged Lindt on FB (dm) and received an apology and that customer services are working round the clock - also acknowledged that there is an issue at the warehouse. Really surprised by the brand failing what it sets out as very high standards! Very poor.

GBSelling broken products and zero customer support Placed an online order for 40 Santas’. Arrived and 11 broken. Contacted customer services 01/12/23 to request replacements. No reply. Contacted again yesterday with ticket number asking for contact (I have waited no over 24 hours). Still no reply today. I will not buy Lindt again. They have had 12 days to prove they are a respectable company and there has been zero attempts to support resolution.

AUValentine's Day order sent with incorrect name on label, causing it to get sent back. Lindt promised redelivery, but it never showed up. Lindt DOES NOT DELIVER. You will not receive your order if you shop here. I ordered a custom tin of chocolates for my long distance girlfriend and it was delivered with the name "Darren" (not my name or hers) on the postage label, so it was returned to sender. I complained and ordered redelivery, which has not arrived. Tracking went dead on the 15th and Lindt has stopped replying. Would give 0/5 stars if possible. Terrible service, mediocre product in my personal opinion (though my partner likes it) and extortionate price tags for goods YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE.

GBNot interested in their customers at… Not interested in their customers at all. They are trying to make you to register to get £5 voucher from every £50 you spend and a birthday present. These advantages when you register are non existing. I have two £5 vouchers (yes, I have spent over £100 on chocolate),which are impossible to use. Sent several emails, left several messages on the phone to customer service. Nobody got back to me. There is actually no direct number for their customer service and they need to be putting customers through every single time and it goes to answer machine every single time never mind how many times you try. Have been registered for over six months now and never got the birthday present they are promising on registration, neither I can use the vouchers. I would not bother registering with them.

GBincomplete order delivered incomplete order delivered. No response to contacts form, no response to chase email. Managed to find a telephone number for head office, said too bust to answer phone. Incredibly disappointed as bought advent calendars so if they dont come back to me will have to go and buy more. Really disappointed that you cant talk to anyone
