Empty box Prefer Lindor chocolate over the cheap ones though however the mini give box given more then enough space for 5 chocolates instead to find only 3pcs in this new unopened box. Not sure how much the mini box cost but thats a pure con from Lindt business prices on qty. 👎👎👎

Same issue as many on here Same issue as many on here, placed an order (possibly lucky to receive it) when it arrived items were missing have raised a ticket and still awaiting a reply. Messaged Lindt on FB (dm) and received an apology and that customer services are working round the clock - also acknowledged that there is an issue at the warehouse. Really surprised by the brand failing what it sets out as very high standards! Very poor.

Wrong order sent Wrong order sent. As I ordered online I cannot find numbers to complete a complaints form, which are mandatory. I will never make a purchase again. Every other big company has a telephone number to call but not lindt. Do not order from this company. No excuse for poor service.

Ordered for Mother’s Day with delivery… Ordered for Mother’s Day with delivery promised before the day if ordered by midnight. Order not despatched! Chased and was told it was being despatched 3 days after Mothers Day, no despatch! Chased again & told it had been lost in transit even though no despatch info received! Now almost 2 weeks passed Mothers Day I receive a refund which I did not want! Rubbish customer services, rubbish service & left embarrassed with no gift for my mum. Do not use!!!
