No one bothered to explain that when client's apply to finance their legal fees, if they are approved, they are asked to pay a large down payment. If they had that large down payment to make, they'd just pay it toward their legal fees. We do love the automatic scheduling option for recurring payments.

LawPay (usually) picks up the phone on the second or third ring, which we really appreciate. GBAmazing Customer Service Not only is LawPay simple to use and customizable for what your firm needs, but their customer service is second to none amazing. Every single time I've had a question or needed to modify something in our account, they have been quick to respond and made the changes immediately. They have always been knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was talking about and how to change it. GBThere are charges we were not made… There are charges we were not made aware of, and also the website does not allow to track pending invoices, just payments received. I think there are things that can be done to make it better and to make the integration with Mycase better but instead they focused on getting as many people to sign on as possible without really caring about the quality of the service.
