Outstanding Customer Service Sean Womack and the team at LawPay has been outstanding. They answer our questions promptly and address our concerns. LawPay (usually) picks up the phone on the second or third ring, which we really appreciate. It's refreshing to be able to speak with a real, live competent human being instead of an automated system / answering machine.

Clear, Intuitive, & Brilliantly Designed; w/ Great Support to Boot. My experience with LawPay so far has been nothing short of exceptional. It's early yet, but I expect it to continue. All features of their system are clear, intuitive, easy to use for both attorneys and clients, and have already had a direct impact on my ability to secure payment from my clients. And that's in only the first month. And last but not least, their customer service and support is top notch. The best I've experienced from any cloud based service provider. I wouldn't ever consider using anything else now but LawPay.

We are 1 attorney and 1 paralegal We are 1 attorney and 1 paralegal. We signed up for LawPay back in January 2022 and have never had an issue whether we have to get phone support, or online support. It is so easy for our clients as well. And I think your fees are very reasonable and I would rather use this service than any other online payment provider, period! There are disounts often, for instance if you use Clio I think there is a discount. There are interesting and helpful seminars and CLEs as well.

Great for lawyers & non lawyers Great for lawyers but will also work well for non lawyers. Convenient. I love the "quick bills" option as it allows a client to enter his or her credit card information online and it remains private -- I only receive the payment confirmation not the account number. I also like the option to set up scheduled payments that will be automatically billed to their credit card every week, month, third week, etc. You can also tell the system to stop billing when a total of x amount of dollars has been billed.
