A little after I immediately got a callback from Justine who answered mostly everything I needed. She even mentioned she would call me again after talking with their manufacturers about some of the questions she couldn't answer. Still weighing my options but will definitely buy from here if my final choice is offered by them.

more than a week and still no tracking number of order. It has now been over a week since purchasing the product and I have not received a tracking number for my order. I spent a lot of money on the product and am getting a bit nervous about whether this was the right choice. I emailed the support line and was told there was given a fairly vague answer as to what was happening.
