I was concerned about the shipping time, so, I contacted the coffeeroast Co. support and got back on same day and they expedited the process. The product arrived within a week, before her birthday. Good service and responsive support! Well, I revised the review as my first review was a bit unfair. They are based in HI and have no phone support during EST business hours, but were very quick and friendly in their email support. Shipping was a bit strange as I received the tracking number and it took 2 weeks for DHL to get the shipment picked up and in their system. After that, it was only 5 days until the roaster was delivered. I would buy here again...

Great company - quality products Coffeeroast Co. is great! I have their G1 coffee grinder and it is so nice. Build quality is great (CNC machined metal) and the adjust grinding feature is awesome as well. Customer service is great too!
