more than a week and still no tracking number of order. It has now been over a week since purchasing the product and I have not received a tracking number for my order. I spent a lot of money on the product and am getting a bit nervous about whether this was the right choice. I emailed the support line and was told there was given a fairly vague answer as to what was happening.

Good service and responsive support! Well, I revised the review as my first review was a bit unfair. They are based in HI and have no phone support during EST business hours, but were very quick and friendly in their email support. Shipping was a bit strange as I received the tracking number and it took 2 weeks for DHL to get the shipment picked up and in their system. After that, it was only 5 days until the roaster was delivered. I would buy here again...
