GBDidn't actually buy anything but I… Didn't actually buy anything but I wanted to shout out the great customer service. Had some questions and tried calling but it went to voicemail. A little after I immediately got a callback from Justine who answered mostly everything I needed. She even mentioned she would call me again after talking with their manufacturers about some of the questions she couldn't answer. Still weighing my options but will definitely buy from here if my final choice is offered by them.

GBBideli is fantastic and money well spent I am very happy with my Bideli roaster. I bought a 3 kilo roaster and it is more impressive in person than i expected. Customer service was exellent and just wonderful people. I have never used a coffee roaster before and by my 4th roast i was on to a solid and smooth roast profile. The machince is very simple to use and will allow you to be bring out your skills with consistant results. I look foward to starting a business with this roaster and getting more Bideli roasters. GBSo I was planning on buying a coffee… So I was planning on buying a coffee roaster on Amazon then decided to directly support a small business instead. I placed the order, and a few days later received an email stating that my order was flagged as fraudulent. The customer service representative stated I would need to send a copy of my ID and verify my address with a bank or utility bill. First thing first, I would never send a copy of my driver's license to a random person or random business, and certainly not send any personal information. I thought the entire process was an absolute mess. They were absolutely understanding of my concerns and promptly reimbursed me as promised. I truly wish I could have done business with this company because the correspondence was very polite and prompt. I hope in the future they find a better way to address suspected fraud. Sadly they missed a sale.
