Good experience overall - recommended I've recently started using coffeeroastco.com to look for coffee machinery, and it's been a pretty good experience so far. Their website isn't too hard to navigate and I like how easy the checkout process is. They got a nice variety of machines, like coffee roasters and grinders. I got my order in no time, and it works great for me. If you're in the market for coffee stuff, give them a try.

Courteous and prompt service. Highly recommend Courteous and prompt replies to my inquiries. Had some shipping hiccups with the carrier but Coffeeroast took care of me every step of the way. They even called me several times along with email correspondence. I would highly recommend them.

more than a week and still no tracking number of order. It has now been over a week since purchasing the product and I have not received a tracking number for my order. I spent a lot of money on the product and am getting a bit nervous about whether this was the right choice. I emailed the support line and was told there was given a fairly vague answer as to what was happening.

I did receive a phone call but only after I inquired via their chat feature (which no one responded to online). I Hope to be able to comment on the product eventually.

Great company - quality products Coffeeroast Co. is great! I have their G1 coffee grinder and it is so nice. Build quality is great (CNC machined metal) and the adjust grinding feature is awesome as well. Customer service is great too!
