Good experience overall - recommended I've recently started using coffeeroastco.com to look for coffee machinery, and it's been a pretty good experience so far. Their website isn't too hard to navigate and I like how easy the checkout process is. They got a nice variety of machines, like coffee roasters and grinders. I got my order in no time, and it works great for me. If you're in the market for coffee stuff, give them a try.

So I was planning on buying a coffee… So I was planning on buying a coffee roaster on Amazon then decided to directly support a small business instead. I placed the order, and a few days later received an email stating that my order was flagged as fraudulent. The customer service representative stated I would need to send a copy of my ID and verify my address with a bank or utility bill. First thing first, I would never send a copy of my driver's license to a random person or random business, and certainly not send any personal information. I thought the entire process was an absolute mess. They were absolutely understanding of my concerns and promptly reimbursed me as promised. I truly wish I could have done business with this company because the correspondence was very polite and prompt. I hope in the future they find a better way to address suspected fraud. Sadly they missed a sale.

Christmas present My husband researched the coffee roaster on your site which I purchased for him for Christmas. It came quickly after ordering and he is loving the roaster.

Bideli is fantastic and money well spent I am very happy with my Bideli roaster. I bought a 3 kilo roaster and it is more impressive in person than i expected. Customer service was exellent and just wonderful people. I have never used a coffee roaster before and by my 4th roast i was on to a solid and smooth roast profile. The machince is very simple to use and will allow you to be bring out your skills with consistant results. I look foward to starting a business with this roaster and getting more Bideli roasters. Good service and responsive support! Well, I revised the review as my first review was a bit unfair. They are based in HI and have no phone support during EST business hours, but were very quick and friendly in their email support. Shipping was a bit strange as I received the tracking number and it took 2 weeks for DHL to get the shipment picked up and in their system. After that, it was only 5 days until the roaster was delivered. I would buy here again...
