GBCompany Requires Copy of ID and Utility bill Asked for a picture of my photo ID and for a picture of utility bill mail with my address on it. Thats probably the sketchiest thing that has ever happened when I’ve just only wanted to buy something. The problem is that I pleaded with him multiple times, and they would not move forward until I sent them that information.

GBGreat Experience!! Wonderful services, the product was delivered really fast, even quicker than the minimum they said in the website and without any issues. The product was perfectly packed so it arrived in perfect conditions, and they also added some replacement parts, which is cool. The customer service was also great. GBDidn't actually buy anything but I… Didn't actually buy anything but I wanted to shout out the great customer service. Had some questions and tried calling but it went to voicemail. A little after I immediately got a callback from Justine who answered mostly everything I needed. She even mentioned she would call me again after talking with their manufacturers about some of the questions she couldn't answer. Still weighing my options but will definitely buy from here if my final choice is offered by them.

GBSo I was planning on buying a coffee… So I was planning on buying a coffee roaster on Amazon then decided to directly support a small business instead. I placed the order, and a few days later received an email stating that my order was flagged as fraudulent. The customer service representative stated I would need to send a copy of my ID and verify my address with a bank or utility bill. First thing first, I would never send a copy of my driver's license to a random person or random business, and certainly not send any personal information. I thought the entire process was an absolute mess. They were absolutely understanding of my concerns and promptly reimbursed me as promised. I truly wish I could have done business with this company because the correspondence was very polite and prompt. I hope in the future they find a better way to address suspected fraud. Sadly they missed a sale.
