I was concerned about the shipping time, so, I contacted the coffeeroast Co. support and got back on same day and they expedited the process. The product arrived within a week, before her birthday. The support was very informative and I would definitely recommend others to buy from here.

more than a week and still no tracking number of order. It has now been over a week since purchasing the product and I have not received a tracking number for my order. I spent a lot of money on the product and am getting a bit nervous about whether this was the right choice. I emailed the support line and was told there was given a fairly vague answer as to what was happening.
