GBVery helpful customer service… Very helpful customer service representative. I placed a large order for thermometer probe covers. After I placed that order, charged it to my credit card, and logged out, I realized I mistakenly ordered thermometers! (Hence, the perplexing expense.) I called to get help to reverse my order. The representative I spoke to calmly handled my request, promptly reversed everything, and put my mind at ease. He closed our conversation by offering further assistance, which I didn't need at the time but appreciated.

GBI was very impressed by the personal… I was very impressed by the personal treatment my order was given. The item I needed had a close expiration date and I was emailed to ask if I still wanted it. Other companies may have just sent it. I did want it anyway and received it quickly.
