GBI was very impressed by the personal… I was very impressed by the personal treatment my order was given. The item I needed had a close expiration date and I was emailed to ask if I still wanted it. Other companies may have just sent it. I did want it anyway and received it quickly.

GBI was disappointed that I was left in… I was disappointed that I was left in the dark with out any communication about my order for over a week. I had to call to find out what was going on with my order. Once I called they were very helpful. They just need more information communicated besides just your order has been made.

GBShoddy packaging The packaging in which the product arrived was totally substandard and did little to protect the bottle. It arrived leaking, with a broken cap that I had to throw away. I found another cap on different product that sort of fits but not quite, so every time I shake the bottle as directed the leak reminds me of the poor packaging.
