The amount of plastic packing materials… The amount of plastic packing materials that the tiny product came in was outrageous. Two large bubble wrap bags, plus the container of the product (also plastic, not breakable glass) was wrapped in bubble wrap and was taped so tightly that it took me almost 5 minutes to cut it apart. Unlike other companies, there was no way to comment when placing the order to ask that it be sent with paper packing materials.

Very helpful customer service… Very helpful customer service representative. I placed a large order for thermometer probe covers. After I placed that order, charged it to my credit card, and logged out, I realized I mistakenly ordered thermometers! (Hence, the perplexing expense.) I called to get help to reverse my order. The representative I spoke to calmly handled my request, promptly reversed everything, and put my mind at ease. He closed our conversation by offering further assistance, which I didn't need at the time but appreciated.

Mixed animal vet review I am a mixed animal vet and was looking for a reasonably priced dental float. I was a little nervous about purchasing a piece of equipment from a company I had never used but could not be more happy with my experience. I received my float quickly and it works great.

I was disappointed that I was left in… I was disappointed that I was left in the dark with out any communication about my order for over a week. I had to call to find out what was going on with my order. Once I called they were very helpful. They just need more information communicated besides just your order has been made.
