GBPoor communication Poor communication I wouldn't have ordered from them if I knew they had to order the item in before it shipped to me. It took them a couple weeks to ship out. Then when I called they said they would call me back and let me know if it was going to ship in time. They didn't. Then when the website was never updated with shipping info I ask for a refund. The item arrived the next day so fine but I got a snippy email back. Defiantly wont be back.

GBAll Vet was able to provide medication… All Vet was able to provide medication that I couldn't find elsewhere at an incredibly reasonable price. The item was shipped out quickly and I received my order within a week of purchase. I will use them whenever possible in the future.

GBI was disappointed that I was left in… I was disappointed that I was left in the dark with out any communication about my order for over a week. I had to call to find out what was going on with my order. Once I called they were very helpful. They just need more information communicated besides just your order has been made.
