I was very impressed by the personal… I was very impressed by the personal treatment my order was given. The item I needed had a close expiration date and I was emailed to ask if I still wanted it. Other companies may have just sent it. I did want it anyway and received it quickly.

Poor communication Poor communication I wouldn't have ordered from them if I knew they had to order the item in before it shipped to me. It took them a couple weeks to ship out. Then when I called they said they would call me back and let me know if it was going to ship in time. They didn't. Then when the website was never updated with shipping info I ask for a refund. The item arrived the next day so fine but I got a snippy email back. Defiantly wont be back.

It's helping him be able to walk without as much pain. All Vet Supply is a great and reliable company to order from! Will continue to order from them.

The amount of plastic packing materials… The amount of plastic packing materials that the tiny product came in was outrageous. Two large bubble wrap bags, plus the container of the product (also plastic, not breakable glass) was wrapped in bubble wrap and was taped so tightly that it took me almost 5 minutes to cut it apart. Unlike other companies, there was no way to comment when placing the order to ask that it be sent with paper packing materials.

Easy to use website Easy to use website, speedy delivery & a product that works. Also the price was competitive even with shipping. I used Wart Off on my 17 yr old GSP. After 2 weeks all but the two very large ones were gone.
