I had to call to find out what was going on with my order. Once I called they were very helpful. They just need more information communicated besides just your order has been made.

All Vet was able to provide medication… All Vet was able to provide medication that I couldn't find elsewhere at an incredibly reasonable price. The item was shipped out quickly and I received my order within a week of purchase. I will use them whenever possible in the future.

I was very impressed by the personal… I was very impressed by the personal treatment my order was given. The item I needed had a close expiration date and I was emailed to ask if I still wanted it. Other companies may have just sent it. I did want it anyway and received it quickly.

The amount of plastic packing materials… The amount of plastic packing materials that the tiny product came in was outrageous. Two large bubble wrap bags, plus the container of the product (also plastic, not breakable glass) was wrapped in bubble wrap and was taped so tightly that it took me almost 5 minutes to cut it apart. Unlike other companies, there was no way to comment when placing the order to ask that it be sent with paper packing materials.
