GBThe amount of plastic packing materials… The amount of plastic packing materials that the tiny product came in was outrageous. Two large bubble wrap bags, plus the container of the product (also plastic, not breakable glass) was wrapped in bubble wrap and was taped so tightly that it took me almost 5 minutes to cut it apart. Unlike other companies, there was no way to comment when placing the order to ask that it be sent with paper packing materials.

GBI accidentally gave my mailing address… I accidentally gave my mailing address to receive the shipment. I was really buying it for my nephew in Georgia. I called them up, got to talk to a human who bent over backwards to change the shipping address. My nephew received the product, which by the way, works wonders,Thank You!!!
