Solid product and great Customer Service Solid product for milk based espresso drinks. Had an issue with one of the baskets and they were quick to replace it after confirming a few things. Highly recommend getting a second basket to be able to pull a double shot more easily.

Awsome Espresso maker for people on the go… The Outin travel espresso maker makes great espresso very easily while on the go. Nice crema and just tastes great. Indispensable for someone like me who needs a coffee to get out of bed in the morning but also hates drip coffee. I have taken it on two trips and it’s made those so much better. Unfortunately I left a piece of the espresso maker in my last hotel. But after contacting Outin customer service they offered to send me the piece I forgot in the hotel. So awesome customer service on top of a great little espresso maker. Can only recommend for espresso lovers on the go.

Good Service Experience In fact, I haven't gotten around to using outin's stuff yet. That's because I didn't get it due to a problem with the shipping company. But after contacting them about the shipping issue, and seeing their response and follow-up, I could tell that they cared about the customer's inconvenience and were very professional. Highly recommended!
