The platform is backed up by an excellent customer service team, folks who genuinely care about your business and willing to help. It is bit pricey if you have only few properties but overall I am very happy with the overall experience. Been using hostfully for close to 2 years now and would give a 5 star overall rating.

Their support team is top notch and available if you’re unable to find the solution in their extensive user guides. Hostfully was a total disaster Hostfully was a total disaster. We bought and paid for the product, then after about a week they turned off syncing with all platforms and refused to turn it back on until you sit through one of there sales demonstrations. This was not part of the terms and conditions of the sale. I would NOT recommend this platform for Air BnB hosts.
