CR5* for Hostfully Platform and Client Support We moved our 125+ STR system to Hostfully and have been super impressed with the platform but, more so, the service and support received throughout the onboarding process and beyond. We are still exploring all of the benefits of Hosfully but are already beyond happy with the swtich.

GBAbsolutely shocking - avoid Absolutely shocking, at first they promise you the world and get you set up with an onboarding specialist which to be fair mine was very nice, however I started to notice problems after fully set up such as if a guest books more than one room this has to be manually adjusted and that in booking.com it does not show your bathroom info if you have apartments and constantly syncs out your bathroom information. There was also an issue with the reporting where data is not being pulled accurately and I was completely missold a system. After figuring out all the issues I contacted Joseph who sold me the platform who kept fobbing me off and telling me they will be resolved just not immediately and when asked for a refund over a week ago told me management were looking into it and now being completely ignored. I will now be raising a chargeback with my bank. Luckily I found a better platform and moved swiftly. Avoid at all costs.

GBEase of use! We like the ease of use of this product. It is some setup work in advance and then it works smoothly. We have looked at many other products and decided to stay with Hostfully for the long term. For questions, support is an email away and they answer very quickly. The help section has detailed text and video and I can generally get my questions answered there. The company is always upgrading channel and integration options.

GBRobust software with 5⭐️ support Hostfully’s software is extremely robust when you are managing multiple properties. It integrates with all of the major booking channels and has endless reporting capabilities and a convenient Owner’s Module. Their support team is top notch and available if you’re unable to find the solution in their extensive user guides. We are growing rapidly and very excited that we have Hostfully as our trusted partner.

GBHostfully was a total disaster Hostfully was a total disaster. We bought and paid for the product, then after about a week they turned off syncing with all platforms and refused to turn it back on until you sit through one of there sales demonstrations. This was not part of the terms and conditions of the sale. I would NOT recommend this platform for Air BnB hosts.
