Staff is Amazinf! This is our first experience with short term rentals and we have been so happy with the staff at Hostfully. They have been instrumental in our success in renting our condo out.

3.5 stars due to glitches and bugs there are several active glitches and bugs related to nightly rental rates, percentage line items, add ons being out of order, payments requiring approval or dissapearing into the abyss/limbo and aesthetics that leave hostfulyl coming up short on a 5 star rating. 3 star would be more accurate in giving an "average" C rating but providing an extra as Hostfully has been instrumental as a bandaid temporary solution for us

Robust software with 5⭐️ support Hostfully’s software is extremely robust when you are managing multiple properties. It integrates with all of the major booking channels and has endless reporting capabilities and a convenient Owner’s Module. Their support team is top notch and available if you’re unable to find the solution in their extensive user guides. We are growing rapidly and very excited that we have Hostfully as our trusted partner.

shocking support when you experience system issues! may i wish you not to experience any bugs using the system. For when you do, do wish for many other people having the same problem, in order for this company to take it seriously! Whilst junior support is very nice and responsive, do not wish to speak to anyone senior! Absolutely shocking. I am cancelling!

Hostfully: easy to use, great customer service I love using Hostfully. It is easy to use and the customer service is excellent, from onboarding to normal usage. It helps me to make more money! Hostfully is one of the reasons why 50% of my bookings are direct through my website.
