3.5 stars due to glitches and bugs there are several active glitches and bugs related to nightly rental rates, percentage line items, add ons being out of order, payments requiring approval or dissapearing into the abyss/limbo and aesthetics that leave hostfulyl coming up short on a 5 star rating. 3 star would be more accurate in giving an "average" C rating but providing an extra as Hostfully has been instrumental as a bandaid temporary solution for us

Great Software - Great Customer Support We are a small STR management business in Kimberley BC. We currently manage 17 beautiful vacation homes with the help of Hostfully and their great integrations. Hostfully was a game changer for us and continues to get better and better. Without them, we would need at least one more permanent staff member. Their tech support is quick, knowledgable and always available. That's impressive!

Ease of use! We like the ease of use of this product. It is some setup work in advance and then it works smoothly. We have looked at many other products and decided to stay with Hostfully for the long term. For questions, support is an email away and they answer very quickly. The help section has detailed text and video and I can generally get my questions answered there. The company is always upgrading channel and integration options.

Absolutely shocking - avoid Absolutely shocking, at first they promise you the world and get you set up with an onboarding specialist which to be fair mine was very nice, however I started to notice problems after fully set up such as if a guest books more than one room this has to be manually adjusted and that in booking.com it does not show your bathroom info if you have apartments and constantly syncs out your bathroom information. There was also an issue with the reporting where data is not being pulled accurately and I was completely missold a system. After figuring out all the issues I contacted Joseph who sold me the platform who kept fobbing me off and telling me they will be resolved just not immediately and when asked for a refund over a week ago told me management were looking into it and now being completely ignored. I will now be raising a chargeback with my bank. Luckily I found a better platform and moved swiftly. Avoid at all costs.

Hostfully has a ton of features and… Hostfully has a ton of features and functions and a lot of flexibility built in keeping in mind a variety of users. The platform is backed up by an excellent customer service team, folks who genuinely care about your business and willing to help. It is bit pricey if you have only few properties but overall I am very happy with the overall experience. Been using hostfully for close to 2 years now and would give a 5 star overall rating.
