Great Software - Great Customer Support We are a small STR management business in Kimberley BC. We currently manage 17 beautiful vacation homes with the help of Hostfully and their great integrations. Hostfully was a game changer for us and continues to get better and better. Without them, we would need at least one more permanent staff member. Their tech support is quick, knowledgable and always available. That's impressive!

Hostfully was a total disaster Hostfully was a total disaster. We bought and paid for the product, then after about a week they turned off syncing with all platforms and refused to turn it back on until you sit through one of there sales demonstrations. This was not part of the terms and conditions of the sale. I would NOT recommend this platform for Air BnB hosts.

Hostfully: easy to use, great customer service I love using Hostfully. It is easy to use and the customer service is excellent, from onboarding to normal usage. It helps me to make more money! Hostfully is one of the reasons why 50% of my bookings are direct through my website.

shocking support when you experience system issues! may i wish you not to experience any bugs using the system. For when you do, do wish for many other people having the same problem, in order for this company to take it seriously! Whilst junior support is very nice and responsive, do not wish to speak to anyone senior! Absolutely shocking. I am cancelling!

It integrates with all of the major booking channels and has endless reporting capabilities and a convenient Owner’s Module. Their support team is top notch and available if you’re unable to find the solution in their extensive user guides.
