We are still exploring all of the benefits of Hosfully but are already beyond happy with the swtich.

GBSwitching to Success: My Seamless Transition to Hostfully's PMS I have been using Hostfully's Guest Book offering for a considerable time, though I initially chose a different Property Management System (PMS). However, I recently encountered significant issues with this PMS, including an unexplained account suspension, loss of direct owner bookings, data, message templates, and channel connections, with no substantial support or acknowledgment of the severity from the provider. This prompted my decision to switch PMS providers—a daunting task indeed. A colleague recommended Hostfully, and considering my familiarity with their Guest Books, I decided to give it a try. Unlike my previous PMS, which allowed immediate activation, Hostfully required a preliminary support call, which initially seemed inconvenient. After signing up, the platform appeared more complex than my previous one, which was concerning at first. However, the support provided by Hostfully has been exemplary. The initial flurry of automated onboarding emails and platform messages, while overwhelming, proved extremely beneficial. Hostfully also offers extensive resources such as 'Hostfully University,' numerous instructional videos on YouTube, and detailed emails and documentation that helped streamline the onboarding process. They advised that it would take 45 days to complete onboarding, a daunting prospect as my business was temporarily unable to accept new bookings. Nevertheless, with dedication to the provided resources, I managed to get the system operational within just 3-4 days. My first one-to-one support session shortly thereafter enabled me to reactivate my listings, much to my relief. The advised 45-day onboarding period primarily pertains to full integration, though initial go-live can occur sooner. While this system is more intricate than my previous one, it includes several impressive features that enhance the experience. It's only been five days, but the readiness and quality of support have been outstanding, setting a positive tone for our future collaboration. CAGreat Software - Great Customer Support We are a small STR management business in Kimberley BC. We currently manage 17 beautiful vacation homes with the help of Hostfully and their great integrations. Hostfully was a game changer for us and continues to get better and better. Without them, we would need at least one more permanent staff member. Their tech support is quick, knowledgable and always available. That's impressive!

GB3.5 stars due to glitches and bugs there are several active glitches and bugs related to nightly rental rates, percentage line items, add ons being out of order, payments requiring approval or dissapearing into the abyss/limbo and aesthetics that leave hostfulyl coming up short on a 5 star rating. 3 star would be more accurate in giving an "average" C rating but providing an extra as Hostfully has been instrumental as a bandaid temporary solution for us
