Ease of use! We like the ease of use of this product. It is some setup work in advance and then it works smoothly. We have looked at many other products and decided to stay with Hostfully for the long term. For questions, support is an email away and they answer very quickly. The help section has detailed text and video and I can generally get my questions answered there. The company is always upgrading channel and integration options.

The platform is backed up by an excellent customer service team, folks who genuinely care about your business and willing to help. It is bit pricey if you have only few properties but overall I am very happy with the overall experience. Been using hostfully for close to 2 years now and would give a 5 star overall rating.
