GBVery knowledgeable Very knowledgeable, willing to share their knowledge promptly, if you ask. If you already know exactly what you need, their prices are great and selection perfect for our needs here to showcase great single origin pour over. Worth recommending and customer loyalty.

GBThey had a product I was looking for at… They had a product I was looking for at a good price which included free shipping. Product arrived timely. Their ordering system miscalculated the sales tax and after reporting via email they responded immediately with a refund. I would definitely do business with them again.

GBSite is easy to navigate Site is easy to navigate, quality products. order confirmation and follow up communications are prompt and clear. Free shipping is a plus but took a little longer than expected. Will come back for future shopping again.

GBAn easy transaction, quick ship and 100% as expected. Item was easy to find via a general Google search so kudos for effective SEO. Item was clearly described and arrived exactly as I expected it. It is a fairly delicate piece of electrical gear partially made of plastic, it was just sent in a padded mailer and could have been damaged, but it was not. I would have appreciated if it was in a sturdy box. Payment was easy via Shopify, communication post-sale was great including shipping updates. And, the part works great.
