GBUnresponsive customer service Unresponsive customer service - bought a product and it arrived broken on arrival. After reaching out to Voltage, I did not get a reply back. I ended up contacting the original manufacturer, who got back to me the next day and shipped out a replacement. A week later and my replacement will arrive tomorrow, yet there is still no response from Voltage. Update: Thanks for the response and making up for it, really appreciate it! Hoping for a more positive experience in the future.

GBVery easy process is not the first time… Very easy process is not the first time buying From this company. I sent an email right after the purchase to change the shipping address; it was late, so I didn’t expect a response till the next day, but they responded to me right away with my change. All the process I did from my phone, including the payment method ( using Apple Pay, also they have PayPal and other options) which is really convenient for me and make me save a lot of time. Now just waiting for the delivery and hoping the grinder I ordered comes with no issue.

GBEspresso machine down Ordered new baskets for our portafilters. I thought I might have ordered the wrong type since I have both a single and double portafilter. The baskets fit both! I found the price very reasonable and no hassle delivery was great. We haven't been able to use our Astoria machine since the baskets mysteriously went missing so my coworkers are ecstatic.
