GBPoor communication about shipment being… Poor communication about shipment being separate until I reached out and then still a delay. Going to be at least a 2 week difference in receiving the water filter kit I ordered as one set. Could have ordered somewhere else fir same price if known it'd be this long.

GBAn easy transaction, quick ship and 100% as expected. Item was easy to find via a general Google search so kudos for effective SEO. Item was clearly described and arrived exactly as I expected it. It is a fairly delicate piece of electrical gear partially made of plastic, it was just sent in a padded mailer and could have been damaged, but it was not. I would have appreciated if it was in a sturdy box. Payment was easy via Shopify, communication post-sale was great including shipping updates. And, the part works great.

GBVery easy process is not the first time… Very easy process is not the first time buying From this company. I sent an email right after the purchase to change the shipping address; it was late, so I didn’t expect a response till the next day, but they responded to me right away with my change. All the process I did from my phone, including the payment method ( using Apple Pay, also they have PayPal and other options) which is really convenient for me and make me save a lot of time. Now just waiting for the delivery and hoping the grinder I ordered comes with no issue.

GBVoltage has been so accommodating Voltage has been so accommodating, we originally order a machine that was not going to be able to ship for 2 months they called us and gave us some options to get our new expresso machine here this in 2 weeks and installed.
