After ordering I had a couple minor issues and they were handled flawlessly and promptly. Speaking with Matt was great. I will definitely order any new equipment from Voltage. An easy transaction, quick ship and 100% as expected. Item was easy to find via a general Google search so kudos for effective SEO. Item was clearly described and arrived exactly as I expected it. It is a fairly delicate piece of electrical gear partially made of plastic, it was just sent in a padded mailer and could have been damaged, but it was not. I would have appreciated if it was in a sturdy box. Payment was easy via Shopify, communication post-sale was great including shipping updates. And, the part works great.
