Espresso machine down Ordered new baskets for our portafilters. I thought I might have ordered the wrong type since I have both a single and double portafilter. The baskets fit both! I found the price very reasonable and no hassle delivery was great. We haven't been able to use our Astoria machine since the baskets mysteriously went missing so my coworkers are ecstatic.

Great service, but one minor miss with my most recent order I've purchased from Voltage before and admire their customer service. Something odd happened with this order - it was "in stock" when I ordered, but after a week I reached out since I didn't get a shipping confirmation. They assured me it was shipping soon. 2 weeks later (admittedly over the holidays) and still no update. Finally I called to escalate and it was shipped that day. I still plan to order from Voltage in the future, but am deducting 1 star because of the unexplained 3-week delay and confusing messaging regarding this most recent order.

Unresponsive customer service Unresponsive customer service - bought a product and it arrived broken on arrival. After reaching out to Voltage, I did not get a reply back. I ended up contacting the original manufacturer, who got back to me the next day and shipped out a replacement. A week later and my replacement will arrive tomorrow, yet there is still no response from Voltage. Update: Thanks for the response and making up for it, really appreciate it! Hoping for a more positive experience in the future.

It’s nice delivery and a good experience. I was frustrated after ordering a item for not receiving any shipping info for a while. But I got it soon after talking with custom support and It was delivered carefully as tracking info. Nice response and quick delivery was impressive enough.
