GBPoor communication about shipment being… Poor communication about shipment being separate until I reached out and then still a delay. Going to be at least a 2 week difference in receiving the water filter kit I ordered as one set. Could have ordered somewhere else fir same price if known it'd be this long.

Their ordering system miscalculated the sales tax and after reporting via email they responded immediately with a refund. I would definitely do business with them again.
