GBIt is so difficult to get a call back… It is so difficult to get a call back from voltage coffee company. On average for me it usually took 2 days to get a follow up call after leaving 3 to 4 voicemails and email messages. They never provide direct on how the installation was going to happen. So you have a shipping crate sitting on your sales floor for several days waiting to see if any one is going to appear and complete the install. No one comes or calls back with a plan or explanation on who's going to install the machine. So I now have the shipping crate in the supply closet as a storage rack.

GBI have to say that the level of… I have to say that the level of professionalism, ability to answer and resolve any question or issue you may be having is outstanding. I have to say is not the best price in the market but what you get in terms of customer service is worth it paying just a little more. I bought a fetco coffee brewer, grinder, coffee urns. JJReverol

GBGreat service, but one minor miss with my most recent order I've purchased from Voltage before and admire their customer service. Something odd happened with this order - it was "in stock" when I ordered, but after a week I reached out since I didn't get a shipping confirmation. They assured me it was shipping soon. 2 weeks later (admittedly over the holidays) and still no update. Finally I called to escalate and it was shipped that day. I still plan to order from Voltage in the future, but am deducting 1 star because of the unexplained 3-week delay and confusing messaging regarding this most recent order.

GBTech department a tremendous help! We had espresso machine issues and had to shut down shop. Between my lead barista and voltage’s tech department they were able to diagnose, over night the part, and walk her through installation. Super happy with all of their help and not needing to wait on a repairman!

GBPoor communication about shipment being… Poor communication about shipment being separate until I reached out and then still a delay. Going to be at least a 2 week difference in receiving the water filter kit I ordered as one set. Could have ordered somewhere else fir same price if known it'd be this long.
