GBUnresponsive customer service Unresponsive customer service - bought a product and it arrived broken on arrival. After reaching out to Voltage, I did not get a reply back. I ended up contacting the original manufacturer, who got back to me the next day and shipped out a replacement. A week later and my replacement will arrive tomorrow, yet there is still no response from Voltage. Update: Thanks for the response and making up for it, really appreciate it! Hoping for a more positive experience in the future.

GBGreat service, but one minor miss with my most recent order I've purchased from Voltage before and admire their customer service. Something odd happened with this order - it was "in stock" when I ordered, but after a week I reached out since I didn't get a shipping confirmation. They assured me it was shipping soon. 2 weeks later (admittedly over the holidays) and still no update. Finally I called to escalate and it was shipped that day. I still plan to order from Voltage in the future, but am deducting 1 star because of the unexplained 3-week delay and confusing messaging regarding this most recent order.

GBThis was my first time ordering from… This was my first time ordering from Voltage. From calling in for clarification about an item, to ordering items, everything was awesome. After ordering I had a couple minor issues and they were handled flawlessly and promptly. Speaking with Matt was great. I will definitely order any new equipment from Voltage. Looking forward to doing business with them again.

GBPeople are knowledgeable. AAA+ I was purchasing a La Marzocco Linea Mini. Contact sale person for few questions and got responses quickly even over weekend. Price was very reasonable and sale team worked with me and ensure my concerns and needs were addressed. Highly recommended.

GBWorse customer service Worse customer service Please Don’t Buy from this company Sell equipment that are worthless and won’t exchange nor fix the problem They only put a band aid to the problem We bought a san remo racer brand new right off the back we had issues with a tank sensor got fixed after was the steams wands leaking even the one side we didn’t use started to leak The steam wand started acting up we were communicating with technical support they sent technician to install wrong parts Till now we still have defective equipment that they didn’t want to exchange nor pro rated for a different brand
