GBEspresso Screen Espresso Screen Could not find the screen for my espresso machine with the importer. They no longer carry it as my machine has been discontinued. Voltage had a comparable item that works for my part number and started the shipping process within minutes of placing my order!

GBUnresponsive customer service Unresponsive customer service - bought a product and it arrived broken on arrival. After reaching out to Voltage, I did not get a reply back. I ended up contacting the original manufacturer, who got back to me the next day and shipped out a replacement. A week later and my replacement will arrive tomorrow, yet there is still no response from Voltage. Update: Thanks for the response and making up for it, really appreciate it! Hoping for a more positive experience in the future.

GBEspresso machine down Ordered new baskets for our portafilters. I thought I might have ordered the wrong type since I have both a single and double portafilter. The baskets fit both! I found the price very reasonable and no hassle delivery was great. We haven't been able to use our Astoria machine since the baskets mysteriously went missing so my coworkers are ecstatic.
