Good site but things can be better Easy to use website, fast delivery, but I purchased 2 product a grinder tray and double shots glasses. The tray had some dirt on it inside the box indicating that it probably was an open box but that wasn't mentioned when I placed the order the other thing is that one of the 2 shot glasses has a sharp edge (not safe to drink from so I tossed it out). But I like the coffee tray and didn't mind that it was an open boxed item I just figured that it should be mentioned upon purchase and no big deal about the cup its only $6 dollars.

I am so very happy! I am so very happy to have my same machine - The Export, Ponte Vecchio, back in my life and also the fine coffee grinder recommended by Jim. Awesome team at 1st Line Equipment and fast shipping despite the crisis we are all in. Speaking of which, what better way to get through COVID-19, having the ability to have true Barista at home for our family. I ordered a Rancilio Silvia last Friday… I ordered a Rancilio Silvia last Friday morning and had it sitting on my porch Monday afternoon. My previous R Silvia (purchased from 1st line 18 years earlier) had finally perished after consistent weekly/daily service. They were so fast I didn’t even have to worry if my beans were still fresh, amazing! These folks are on it. Good to talk with too, I have purchased various small items (commercial grade porta filter, double baskets) always easy and fast!

Really fast shipping Really fast shipping, nicely packed and a lot of information on the machine and grinder thru their website content and videos on youtube. I believe they even check every machine before shipping out. I can’t wait to fire up the machine and start using today. Sure they can improve the design on their website to look more modern :), but nevertheless 1-st line team is first class.
