GBGreat company Great company! Parts ordering could use better interface ease, but the part I needed was express-delivered at no extra charge. All else equally excellent. Still the best expresso-based site and company on the net. Have received the coffee too, and am looking forward to trying it.

GBGood site but things can be better Easy to use website, fast delivery, but I purchased 2 product a grinder tray and double shots glasses. The tray had some dirt on it inside the box indicating that it probably was an open box but that wasn't mentioned when I placed the order the other thing is that one of the 2 shot glasses has a sharp edge (not safe to drink from so I tossed it out). But I like the coffee tray and didn't mind that it was an open boxed item I just figured that it should be mentioned upon purchase and no big deal about the cup its only $6 dollars.

Bravo The purchase experience in buying my Ponte Vecchio spring lever espresso machine was superb, but the speed of response to my email query by “Java Jim”, Jim P., was even better. GBJim Piccinich replied to my request on… Jim Piccinich replied to my request on returning an item. He started rebuking me for buying a part that did not work with my equipment. he continued with "where in the our sites states this is the right part" and "Didn't you check the return policy" following with "I'll charge restocking fee and you have to pay for shipping as well".. I understand policies but the fact that he did not show concern with my issue says a lot about himself and this company. I am surprised with all the reviews and respect other's opinion. I did not have a good first time experience. Ended up keeping the item instead, I felt humiliated by this person and did not want to deal with them anymore.
