Dirty Mignon Mat Kit I got the product just now and I was so disappointed to the quality of the item they sent. It is Eureka mignon mat kit which they open the box to put the shot glass inside. By doing so they should already noticed the quality or the condition of the item that they are sending. The black mat looks like its a used item which looks dirty compared to the same product in an unboxing video. The only thing in the kit that looks new is the brush that comes with it as it has a plastic wrap on the brush and the shot glass which is an additional order. Overall I'm not happy with this order and will not order again.

1st-Line refused to honor their… 1st-Line refused to honor their commitment to price match as per advertisement on their site. Their reply, after flatly refusing to match the price, and verbatim, is “Unfortunately, we have very limited stock and we do not know when the next shipment will arrive.” If they refuse to honor their own policies, I don’t think that they have any credibility, whatsoever.

Well Above The Bar Better than the rest, by a long margin. Feel free to shop around, and then buy from Jim. He is genuinely interested in making sure customers enjoy their purchase; not because of the money he makes, but because he's passionate about coffee and espresso. We tested this theory a few times and Jim's competitors were clearly more focused on profit and less on customer satisfaction--especially after the sale. Jim will take care of you and put you into the right machine for your situation. Frankly, he's a rare find. Thank you Jim. You're a good guy and we appreciate it.

Fantastic service and friendly staff! I ordered a brand new MaraX. It shipped quickly, but arrived with technical issues due to UPS handling. I emailed 1st-Line's tech support and received an immediate response with helpful steps to repair the problem myself. I was even called by Jim himself to make sure the steps helped and the machine was running properly!

Great company Great company! Parts ordering could use better interface ease, but the part I needed was express-delivered at no extra charge. All else equally excellent. Still the best expresso-based site and company on the net. Have received the coffee too, and am looking forward to trying it.
