He started rebuking me for buying a part that did not work with my equipment. he continued with "where in the our sites states this is the right part" and "Didn't you check the return policy" following with "I'll charge restocking fee and you have to pay for shipping as well".. I understand policies but the fact that he did not show concern with my issue says a lot about himself and this company. I am surprised with all the reviews and respect other's opinion. I did not have a good first time experience. Ended up keeping the item instead, I felt humiliated by this person and did not want to deal with them anymore.

Great company Great company! Parts ordering could use better interface ease, but the part I needed was express-delivered at no extra charge. All else equally excellent. Still the best expresso-based site and company on the net. Have received the coffee too, and am looking forward to trying it.

1st Line Equipment experience What attracted me to 1st Line over other specialty espresso stores was their frequency of clearance/refurb/demo machine sales. I was able to buy a demo version of machine that saved me quite a bit. They also publish knowledgeable reviews of their merchandise and general tips/tricks to keep your machine functioning properly. I have not had to personally deal with their customer service. However, I did observe that they are fairly communicative on the Q&A sections of their product pages.

Great advice and product I called sales for help in picking out an espresso machine. I had narrowed it down to a few choices, and the salesperson gave me additional information that helped me feel good about making the decision. I got the Caffeum Perfectus Minima and am very pleased with it! I feel like I can always trust that this company will give honest information and that they are experts in the industry.

Really fast shipping Really fast shipping, nicely packed and a lot of information on the machine and grinder thru their website content and videos on youtube. I believe they even check every machine before shipping out. I can’t wait to fire up the machine and start using today. Sure they can improve the design on their website to look more modern :), but nevertheless 1-st line team is first class.
