Awesome team at 1st Line Equipment and fast shipping despite the crisis we are all in. GBGood product if you've already perfect… Good product if you've already perfect knowledge about what you're purchasing. However, product inquiries are pointless. Customer service untrained and incurious. And their reply to my review makes my point perfectly. Thank you.

GBReally fast shipping Really fast shipping, nicely packed and a lot of information on the machine and grinder thru their website content and videos on youtube. I believe they even check every machine before shipping out. I can’t wait to fire up the machine and start using today. Sure they can improve the design on their website to look more modern :), but nevertheless 1-st line team is first class.

GBJim Piccinich replied to my request on… Jim Piccinich replied to my request on returning an item. He started rebuking me for buying a part that did not work with my equipment. he continued with "where in the our sites states this is the right part" and "Didn't you check the return policy" following with "I'll charge restocking fee and you have to pay for shipping as well".. I understand policies but the fact that he did not show concern with my issue says a lot about himself and this company. I am surprised with all the reviews and respect other's opinion. I did not have a good first time experience. Ended up keeping the item instead, I felt humiliated by this person and did not want to deal with them anymore.
