Fantastic service and friendly staff! I ordered a brand new MaraX. It shipped quickly, but arrived with technical issues due to UPS handling. I emailed 1st-Line's tech support and received an immediate response with helpful steps to repair the problem myself. I was even called by Jim himself to make sure the steps helped and the machine was running properly!

Hurray for stock alert messages Lelit water softener cartridges have been out of stock for some time so I appreciated the ability to have 1st-line automatically send an email when new supplies were available. I immediately ordered, shipping cost was reasonable and I received the softeners in just a few days. Couldn’t ask for more.

Good site but things can be better Easy to use website, fast delivery, but I purchased 2 product a grinder tray and double shots glasses. The tray had some dirt on it inside the box indicating that it probably was an open box but that wasn't mentioned when I placed the order the other thing is that one of the 2 shot glasses has a sharp edge (not safe to drink from so I tossed it out). But I like the coffee tray and didn't mind that it was an open boxed item I just figured that it should be mentioned upon purchase and no big deal about the cup its only $6 dollars.

I ordered a Rancilio Silvia last Friday… I ordered a Rancilio Silvia last Friday morning and had it sitting on my porch Monday afternoon. My previous R Silvia (purchased from 1st line 18 years earlier) had finally perished after consistent weekly/daily service. They were so fast I didn’t even have to worry if my beans were still fresh, amazing! These folks are on it. Good to talk with too, I have purchased various small items (commercial grade porta filter, double baskets) always easy and fast!

Bravo The purchase experience in buying my Ponte Vecchio spring lever espresso machine was superb, but the speed of response to my email query by “Java Jim”, Jim P., was even better.
