I immediately ordered, shipping cost was reasonable and I received the softeners in just a few days. Couldn’t ask for more.

1st-Line refused to honor their… 1st-Line refused to honor their commitment to price match as per advertisement on their site. Their reply, after flatly refusing to match the price, and verbatim, is “Unfortunately, we have very limited stock and we do not know when the next shipment will arrive.” If they refuse to honor their own policies, I don’t think that they have any credibility, whatsoever.
