Purchased a micro care a leva machine Purchased a micro care a leva machine. Worked great for about 600 cups. Then died. The issue is 1st line will not assist in diagnosing the problem or referring any way to fix. So a lot of money for a short lived machine. It is pretty though. To save those reading below. Essentially they say “not their problem”. Which is effectively true. However they are the one company you’ll get referred to if you have an issue and you can see the response below. The. They pepper the response with gratuitous insults. Of course no machine lasts forever (and I’d never expect it to) but most last for a reasonable time commensurate with price.

Fantastic service and friendly staff! I ordered a brand new MaraX. It shipped quickly, but arrived with technical issues due to UPS handling. I emailed 1st-Line's tech support and received an immediate response with helpful steps to repair the problem myself. I was even called by Jim himself to make sure the steps helped and the machine was running properly!

Well Above The Bar Better than the rest, by a long margin. Feel free to shop around, and then buy from Jim. He is genuinely interested in making sure customers enjoy their purchase; not because of the money he makes, but because he's passionate about coffee and espresso. We tested this theory a few times and Jim's competitors were clearly more focused on profit and less on customer satisfaction--especially after the sale. Jim will take care of you and put you into the right machine for your situation. Frankly, he's a rare find. Thank you Jim. You're a good guy and we appreciate it.

Jim Piccinich replied to my request on… Jim Piccinich replied to my request on returning an item. He started rebuking me for buying a part that did not work with my equipment. he continued with "where in the our sites states this is the right part" and "Didn't you check the return policy" following with "I'll charge restocking fee and you have to pay for shipping as well".. I understand policies but the fact that he did not show concern with my issue says a lot about himself and this company. I am surprised with all the reviews and respect other's opinion. I did not have a good first time experience. Ended up keeping the item instead, I felt humiliated by this person and did not want to deal with them anymore.

Good product if you've already perfect… Good product if you've already perfect knowledge about what you're purchasing. However, product inquiries are pointless. Customer service untrained and incurious. And their reply to my review makes my point perfectly. Thank you.
