GBShouldn’t have jumped off the wagon. Why I didnt renegotiate a new deal with Xln I’ll never know. I shopped around and found a cheaper supplier…for now. However I’m paying the price for my stupidity. I have to jump through seemingly endless loops to talk to someone at my new supplier and when I do they give you more loops to jump through. This is not the case with Xln. I’ve never found them difficult to get hold of and when you do talk with them, each agent takes responsibility for your enquiry. They even called me back after looking into something for me. I spent a good few years ignoring the constant (at the time) marketing calls from Xln. A friend of mine recommended them so I gave in. What a pleasant surprise. Brilliant customer service. Worth paying a little more for (?).

GBNo broadband for three weeks No broadband for three weeks. No landlines for five weeks, and ongoing. Cancellation charge made, although we are still with xln. After many years of impeccable - if expensive - service this has now collapsed after being taken over by Daisy. 30 minute waits to speak to a real person make it impractical to sort it out. Bots and chatlines don't seem able to solve problems. 2 star rating given only because we did finally manage to get our broadband. Much time wasted trying to get a resolution.

GBJessica/Domink? Jessica? I think was the assistants name? Apologies if not, but she was excellent from start of call till the end,very helpful, explained everything in good detail & made the whole process very easy. A really lovely pleasant person to deal with as was the gentleman that helped me with my credit card terminal again excellent at his job.

GBPoor Customer service Poor Customer service , After Being a customer for over 15 Years we decided to switch suppliers as the deals offered were much better elsewhere. All XLN Tried to do is keep us tied in , even after agreeing to a full cancellation they claimed that we did not cancel the broadband as it was a seperate contract which it clearly was not. In the end it was too much to keep calling them and being passed around for more convincing to keep our contract. I ended up paying for 3 months extra even though the services were never used. Glad to be finally rid of them

GBAt least I am happy now after the… At least I am happy now after the dispute shows that I was right with every single word I said to them am happy xln knows that that engineer never came back and pls share that dispute results with every one I called before because some took a side with that engine sorry he even want engine he was subcontractor guy with zero experience Regards Dr. Mustafa Hassan
