GBNo broadband for three weeks No broadband for three weeks. No landlines for five weeks, and ongoing. Cancellation charge made, although we are still with xln. After many years of impeccable - if expensive - service this has now collapsed after being taken over by Daisy. 30 minute waits to speak to a real person make it impractical to sort it out. Bots and chatlines don't seem able to solve problems. 2 star rating given only because we did finally manage to get our broadband. Much time wasted trying to get a resolution.

GBDropped a call in and spoke to Jemal in… Dropped a call in and spoke to Jemal in technical support today. I had been putting off calling as previous experiences were not great. However I was pleasantly surprised today. Jemal was friendly, helpful and called back when he promised. Top lad.

GBWarning: Avoid XLN at All Costs! Absolutely horrendous experience with XLN! It's been four months asking for refund the money they took after canceling their service and still have't receive anything!!! Their customer support was unresponsive throughout the process, leaving me in the dark and extremely frustrated. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your service needs. XLN Telecom clearly lacks professionalism and respect for customers.
