Worst customer service Have ordered a kettle as a present, unfortunately the person who got it only had an induction herd where it cannot be used, after sending it back didn't hear back for nearly a month. When calling they told me they need to deduct 10% as it has been used (unpacked from foil and they saw drops of water in it).

Awesome customer service Before I dive into the review I have to thank Karoline from their customer service for being so fast and easy to work with. The whole buying process was very easy and straight forward. Nothing to complain. My new machine shipped right away the next day. It travelled from Lithuania, but nevertheless shipping was very fast. Only 8 days from ordering to making espresso! I will definitely buy here again.
