Great and helpful customer service! I want to thank Agnes and Karoline from the customer service for being so helpful and fast to work with. We have some troubles with putting an order and got really fast an answer and help from the customer service. The whole buying process was very easy and straight forward. I would definitely buy from the Coffeefriend in the future.

Worst customer service Have ordered a kettle as a present, unfortunately the person who got it only had an induction herd where it cannot be used, after sending it back didn't hear back for nearly a month. When calling they told me they need to deduct 10% as it has been used (unpacked from foil and they saw drops of water in it).
