DEWorst customer service Have ordered a kettle as a present, unfortunately the person who got it only had an induction herd where it cannot be used, after sending it back didn't hear back for nearly a month. When calling they told me they need to deduct 10% as it has been used (unpacked from foil and they saw drops of water in it).

DKSiemens Q6 S700 Bought the Siemens Espressomaschine Q6 s700- quick delivery ! love the machine it works really well, but in the description on the internet page it said that the milk container followed- but it didn’t and even if I could show a screenshot from their page that stated the fact that it was included -the answer was that sorry you have to buy that yourself. That’s not okay-so therefore 3 stars only

AETwo orders from this company and they… Two orders from this company and they keep sending whatever is similar to what you bought dis-regarding your customer experience. example 1 : bought bulk quantity of Philips descaler liquid bottles. Shown on page was PHILIPS/SAECO branded package, sent to me SAECO branded package. Why is that important ? because we re-sell online and unlike them, we send to customer what we show on page, so sending us different branded packaging is total loss for us. example 2 : Shown on page dual package PHILIPS boxed-filters (means two boxed-filters in one pacakge). We bought from them also bulk quantity, they ended up sending us single packages of that filter to reach the same total we would have in case of dula-packaged filters. again same as with example 1, Why is that important ? because we re-sell online and unlike them, we send to customer what we show on page, so sending us single not dual packaging is total loss for us.
