DEVery honest customer service I ordered a DeLonghi Coffee machine to be delivered to the US without knowing the current and voltage differences between Europe and US; I got an email from their customer service a couple of days later, warning me that there are a couple of differences and that the coffee machine might not work in the US. It takes a LOT of honesty and morals to jeopardise your selling opportunity just to inform the customer. Any other seller would've just sent the machine and got their money. I'm definitely buying from them again

We have some troubles with putting an order and got really fast an answer and help from the customer service. The whole buying process was very easy and straight forward. DEWorst customer service Have ordered a kettle as a present, unfortunately the person who got it only had an induction herd where it cannot be used, after sending it back didn't hear back for nearly a month. When calling they told me they need to deduct 10% as it has been used (unpacked from foil and they saw drops of water in it).

DKSiemens Q6 S700 Bought the Siemens Espressomaschine Q6 s700- quick delivery ! love the machine it works really well, but in the description on the internet page it said that the milk container followed- but it didn’t and even if I could show a screenshot from their page that stated the fact that it was included -the answer was that sorry you have to buy that yourself. That’s not okay-so therefore 3 stars only
