Awesome customer service Before I dive into the review I have to thank Karoline from their customer service for being so fast and easy to work with. The whole buying process was very easy and straight forward. Nothing to complain. My new machine shipped right away the next day. It travelled from Lithuania, but nevertheless shipping was very fast. Only 8 days from ordering to making espresso! I will definitely buy here again.

Siemens Q6 S700 Bought the Siemens Espressomaschine Q6 s700- quick delivery ! love the machine it works really well, but in the description on the internet page it said that the milk container followed- but it didn’t and even if I could show a screenshot from their page that stated the fact that it was included -the answer was that sorry you have to buy that yourself. That’s not okay-so therefore 3 stars only
